<?xml version="1.0"?><rss version="2.0"><channel><title>Woodbridge VA Real Estate News &amp; Listings Presented By RE/MAX Allegiance</title><link>http://www.dianevarni.com</link><description></description><lastBuildDate>Wed, 22 May 2013 04:39:49 GMT</lastBuildDate><item><title>RE/MAX Veterans First</title><description><![CDATA[<p>RE/MAX Veterans First launched and I am one of three Northern Virginia POC&nbsp;for Veterans. &nbsp;This is the highest rebate program for Vets up to $5,000 and I partnered with Marital Woods at Weststar&nbsp;Mortgage - and she is giving free application and appraisal to our Vets. &nbsp;I honestly believe in giving back and the rebate plus a donation to a Vets charity&nbsp;fits with my business. &nbsp;So take advantage and spread the word. &nbsp;This is better than USAA Program and leaves the Vet with the choice to find the best loan. &nbsp;You do not need to use a VA loan and it does not involve just purchase or sale of primary property. &nbsp;I stand ready to help my fellow Vets and their families.</p>]]></description><link>http://www.dianevarni.com/Blog/REMAX-Veterans-First</link><guid>http://www.dianevarni.com/Blog/REMAX-Veterans-First</guid><pubDate>Tue, 21 May 2013 03:00:00 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title>What Does Internet Showing Mean?</title><description><![CDATA[<p>Agents look at how many people are looking at a listing online - are they looking at photos - is there an inquiry.&nbsp; What does all this "looky loo" really mean.&nbsp; How deep the look is into the information is what is important.&nbsp; Put a home on the front splash of a major search engine the hits go way up but it is not targeted to that&nbsp;particular looker.&nbsp; &nbsp;In the case of recent weather - it is generating interest.&nbsp; Some people actually use pictures looking for decorating ideas.&nbsp; It all ties into what are you neighbors doing and how can I look without them knowing mentality IN ADDITION TO THE ACTUAL BUYERS LOOKING.&nbsp; If a home gets loads of interst but no one actually going to the home or an offer - then this is clear the price is too high.&nbsp; If no one is actually looking - then is the price high or the advertising pushing the wrong buttons?&nbsp; Do not be quick to drop prices but do not be stuck either - realistically look at the advertising and what does it say?&nbsp; Who is the target audience?&nbsp; I often have my 20-30 year old clients and kids look at this to evaluate from their interest level.&nbsp; What I think is important might not to someone else.<br /><br />Use the information as just another piece of the advertising pie that you can change rapidly and continually to keep the attention fresh.<img title="Wink" src="http://www.dianevarni.com/admin/javascript/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-wink.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" /></p>]]></description><link>http://www.dianevarni.com/Blog/What-Does-Internet-Showing-Mean</link><guid>http://www.dianevarni.com/Blog/What-Does-Internet-Showing-Mean</guid><pubDate>Wed, 17 Feb 2010 03:00:00 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
